Any new users must schedule a training/assisted session with our staff scientist before booking time on iLab.
You can contact us through email (preferred) or the request submission system below.
Please provide the following information in your email/request:
- Which group and department are you from?
- Do you have an iLab account and payment information ready?
- What kind of material are you working with?
- What experiment do you want to perform?
- What do you expect from the test?
Staff scientists typically respond within 24–48 hours.
Depending on our staff scientists’ scheduling, training/assisted sessions may not be scheduled within 48 hours of the requested start time for a user’s first session.
