Discount Rate for External Users
Discounts are available to external users, when following conditions are met:
- In 1 week, if total invoice exceeds $2500, 15% discount is applied
- In 2 weeks, if total invoice exceeds $5000, 20% discount is applied
- In 1 month, if total invoice exceeds $9000, 25% discount is applied
Discounts do not stack
Cancellation Policies/Fees
Cancellations/reschedule within 24 hours ahead of reservation time will be changed for 1 hour usage fee
For DMA instrument, if Liquid Nitrogen is already ordered before the user’s cancellation, said user will be charged for a full tank of Liquid Nitrogen
For drop-off samples, no fees will be charged if the user cancels the reservation
